The competition tobacco will be Mac Baren's Golden Extra which is also being used in the 2025 CIPC World Championship contest in Oirschot, Netherlands on October 10th.

(In the US, the tobacco is called Golden Extra, but the rest of the world knows it as Golden Blend. This tobacco has been discontinued, but limited supplies are still available.)

Prize List
- First prize: Awesome Trophy, first choice among donated prizes, and a $250 travel voucher to compete for the SPC in the next UPCA National Slow Smoke Competition.
- LAST prize: 1,000 matches to the first to go out!
- Other contestants will have a choice of prizes, awarded in order.
